Ratchet-Tie-Down System

Ratchet-Tie-Down System Consists of 100% polyester strap in various size from 25 mm. up to 100 mm., different types of rachet buckle and hook, depending on application it is suitable for tying objects or cargo fro transportation . The polyester strap is manufactured under CE standard and low extension elasticity resulted in high safety. Ratchet-Tie-Down system can be made to order as required.

RECOVERY OF POLYESTER FROM LOW EXTENSION

CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF POLYESTER

Resistance of polyester to acids in concentration under 50% and With a temperature not exceeding 400 degree Celsius is very high. Action of Alkalis can decrease the tensile properties of polyester due to Concentration, temperature and time of treatment. Therefore keep Your webbing away from alkalis.

Oils do not affect the polyester fibre.

10 HINTS FOR SAFE LIFTING

1. Never overload the equipment.
2. Never use damage slings.
3. Position the sling correctly. The sling must not be placed round sharp edges, do not let it slide over corners or along edges. Use ribbons protective edge covers.
4. Do not drag goods in the sling.
5. Position the sling correctly to ensure easy removal after use.
6. Use smooth-rounded hooks having an inside radius of not less than 51 mm. (2")
7. Avoid placing more than one sling on the hook.
8. When away from alkalis and acids.
9. When lifting heavy cargo with more that one sling, remember that the total weight may not be evenly distributed.
10. Remember that vibration during transport can cause friction between sling and cargo, use protective sleeves or corners.
